"This rental home was the perfect choice for our family. Visiting for family medical reasons, we needed a place close to our parents, as well as close to stores and shopping needs. The neighborhood is safe and residential. The house is a three bedroom with a spacious living room. The back yard is fenced in and has a cute table with an umbrella and chairs…which was my morning coffee location. Each bedroom and the living has a large television and streaming services which all worked perfectly. The wireless connection was fantastic for business needs. Beaches are only 35-45 minutes away. We drove to Anna Maria Island one day and it was very convenient to drive to from the house. We will be staying here whenever we can the next time we have to visit Bradenton/Sarasota. "We had reserved a one week stay a month ago. Then our flight was changed and we ended up having to arrive the night before at 1 am. We were exhausted and hungry. The young lady went above and beyond to try to get us a King size room so we could just sleep in and not change rooms. However, none of the King rooms were available. Thankfully the room we did receive was clean and we were happy to be there. The next day they tried to get us in early and we decided to visit a family member and came back later. When we came back and got our room...it was perfect. We had chosen the optional upgrade if it was available. We lucked out...it was available!! The room was way above perfect. It was clean, roomy, and it had evrrything we wanted. We are now Hilton members. And I have this hotel to thank. Excellent hotel."

"Apartment was very nice and clean. Could use more towels. Pedestal sink in bathroom is inconvenient, no place to put your personal items. Pool and hot tub were excellent. "

"The cabin was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only thing was there were no eash cloths for bathing. Easy enough fix. We bought some inexpensive ones for our stay. Would stay there again. "
