「The Zen Beach retreat was a great property that I would definitely stay at again for a short trip. The only think it did not have was a place to hang your clothes in any room. Other than that everything else was perfect!」

「Very nice. Small but perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown. Easy to find. Had everything we needed. A/C was cold. Had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Communication was great. Extremely clean. Highly recommend.」

「My husband and I had a WONDERFUL trip to New Smyrna Beach and stayed here for almost 2 full weeks. We could walk to Canal Street and access back to Flagler or the beach was easy using the Causeway. We brought our dog and using our truck as the "fourth fence" were able to enjoy evenings with him in the backyard. Owner was very responsive! This is definitely a "home" rental, not just a house!」

「It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.」

「Loved the location of this property. Only wish they had condo's with an actual bedroom vs murphy bed setups. Beach was 1 block away. Loved location to restaurants and grocery store.」

「Overall great stay. I would power wash the pool area. The spider webs hanging from the celling was really uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if something was going to drop on me or in the water.」

「Very close to the beach and a great price. Continental breakfast was decent (could use some meat) but well run. Room air conditioner did not completely chill things down but was comfortable. Parking underground was convenient and staff was efficient. I would stay here again. 」

「Perfect for on the beach stay」

「Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves」

「It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.」

「This New Smyrna beachfront condo was very welcoming, with comfortable furniture, a well appointed kitchen, and great layout! We spent a lot of time on the south facing balcony, overlooking the 2 large pools & 2 kiddie pools, and enjoying an amazing view of the ocean! 「2 night stay. Easy check in via text and lockbox. Kitchen equipped enough to cook anything. A/C worked well, pool was nice. Not many people staying these 2 days so it was nice and quiet. The only downfall was the furniture in common area. Old, stained and nasty. Sat on our own fold out chairs. Replace that gross furniture and this is a returnable property!」
