I stayed on the 21st floor and you could see the ocean from the balcony with a great view. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel. The sidewalk is destroyed in front of the hotel so walking to the parking garage across the street is not good.

The 2-bedroom suite was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views in all of the rooms. The hotel is elegant! The staff are all welcoming! The infinity pool overlooking the beach was gorgeous. Heated pool for the cooler days made it extra nice. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. I’ll be coming back.

This was a very nice hotel. We got a corner suite, ocean view, one bedroom. Excellent bathroom and kitchen. My only complaint is the unloading zone was a disaster. It can fit maybe a dozen vehicles if everyone did what they should. But instead of just unloading, people go and check in and then no cars move. There are valets there to try and move things but it doesn't work. When we were things were so behind that there were cars backed up off the property line and across the street. We waited about 40 minutes to unload. Also, we were there during March break and there were thousands of people on the beach in front of our hotel causing issues (they were not there to swim or suntan and the disturbances ended up in the news, apparently it happens often). Tons of police and such. We had to go quite far to get away from them so as not to get trampled.

When we arrived there was a large swarm of people around the hotel. Something about Atlanta takes Daytona Beach. You could barely get into hotel. I know that it was not their fault this occurred right next to the hotel and they were apologetic but then stated our room was not ready yet. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check in time of 4pm. We did not get into our room until 8:30pm. They “upgraded” us to a King Suite but I never asked for one. We were only staying one night and did not want my two teenagers sleeping on a pull out bed. I asked to be moved to a room I booked (2 double beds ocean view) and they stated there were none available which is why they upgraded us. Overall it was just a mess from beginning to end.

This hotel not only extremely clean but the staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was heated and the hut tub was amazing since we went when it happened to be cold. Cost was great!

The hotel was listed as “in new” condition. The hotel had been renovated but only with vinyl flooring and paint, at least in my room. The bathroom door was warped and the panels were water damaged. The floor was buckling as well. I’m very disappointed in the parking personnel. I was traveling with a 75 and 81 year old and because I chose to self park and not use valet, I was required to off load my passengers and luggage across the street, a busy thoroughfare, in the hotel’s parking garage. They then had to walk which of course aggravated existing medical issues. On top of that, the valet has taken the premiere parking spaces and I had to park closer to the 5th floor which of course caused the walk to be that much worse for them. I wound up paying nearly $100 to park and was not offered any assistance. This hotel is considered in th luxe tier but it is not. This is the first time I have used a luxury hotel and was treated this way.

We stayed in the one bedroom suite. The suite was huge. The views from the whole suite were incredible. They were million dollar views!!!! The resort was beautiful. The staff was excellent. The the food was excellent. The resort on a whole deserves a five star rating.
