"The hotel was nice. However, the room I stayed in smelled funny, like mold. Room 500. I didn’t tell the staff during my stay though. The food at the restaurants inside of the hotel was decent but overpriced. The lobby smelled good. Overnight parking and daily fees will prevent me from staying again."

"It’s a beautiful building with a beautiful Interior and The fitness amenities are just incredible. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough and the staff are always warm and friendly. If you have sporty kids or sporty yourself, you will love to stay in this hotel."

"For being such a famous iconic landmark it was run down, limited in staff(no valet!), the towels were worn like rags. The bar staff and bell hop was great as he had worked there for many years. Overall, super disappointed for the rate and for the anticipation we had for spending the one night we had in LA at the Biltmore. "

"Check in staff was amazing but checking out was a disaster with a snotty lady. I got up charged for 2pm check out that says complimentary on their website. The breakfast was horrible, however, the waitress was great. "

"Had a couple of issues that were addressed quickly: bathtub leaking and sink clogged. Alittle slow on service at pool. Asked for my check and it took 20 mins to get it. Bed was nice n soft and bedding was nice. High pressure shower was great and bathtub was nice and relaxing. "
