“What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. The area is peaceful and the lake was so nice and relaxing!”

“I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! “My friend and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful historic place and loved it. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed and even included nice surprises like plush bath robes. The location is ideal. We liked being across from the Beekman mercantile and a coffee shop, and a short drive from other towns including Cooperstown. We would love to visit again!”

“The property was spacious for the family to stay. Easy to get around also. The inside contains so much history. It was nice seeing the craftsmanship that doesn’t exist any more and the Knick knacks from all over the world were very interesting to see. We had Adults which was great but there are quite a few breakables so I wouldn’t suggest for a family with small active kids. Great place thanks for sharing it with us.”
