"From the minute we walked in it felt like home. The house was clean. The host was lovely and everything was so comfotable. Ample beds and space. "

"The parking could be closer to the cabin. There was leftover food in the microwave from previous users so we are not sure if the room is thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise the reception staff is friendly and accomodating. The place is close to shops and everything we needed."

"There was a strange smell in the property, but overall was clean. A 4pm check in was quite late. That was a bit annoying. One other little thing. There was no large pot to cook pasta. A small thing but annoying."

"We had a fantastic stay; the property was actually bigger than we had initially thought. The decor was great and location was no more than a 30 second walk to the beach. We couldn’t recommend enough. "

"Spacious, modern and clean. We stayed in an upstairs unit which had a nice garden and rural outlook. We were met by the host who provided great tips on things to see and where to eat. We only stayed one night (to see the penguins) and it was very comfortable and good value."

"Nice location, being close to Ventnor beach which over the long weekend it was quiet to walk along. The pictures online don’t really show an accurate picture of what the house looks like now. Things looked a bit older and the back yard, whilst dog friendly had lots of dead trees, that could have been maintained. Some of the windows where really hard to open or wouldn’t open, which I didn’t want to try too hard incase I broke it, and the fly screens where quite dirty and had lots of holes in them. Annie was really lovely to talk to. I loved that there was no limit on dogs or their sizes, and I was able to arrive and leave at anytime that suited me which I liked. Other places I’ve stayed at have a 2pm check in and need to leave by 10am. The free wifi was a great addition too. Overall a nice stay but if you are looking at the photos, just know that the house looks older."
