Buongiorno e benvenuti (con un sorriso) nemmeno come optional.Comanda sbagliata (due spritz non la luna) ed al momento di riconoscere lo sbaglio nemmeno ci ha guardati in faccia ed ha proseguito scocciata . 「Everything about this hotel was great, from the location on the beach with great views and the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. The rooms were nice and always clean, breakfast was varied and tasty and the staff were always so helpful. 」

「Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely...

「Seasonal pool which we were aware off . Great to have kettle and coffee maker in room but surprised there was a charge to make a cup of tea and no fresh milk so we didn’t Excellent scrambled eggs at breakfast and nice change to have decent cakes rather than bargain basement ones 」

「We were staying at the hotel begging of the October, so out of season time, and had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The hotel amenities, like pool and wellness were closed, but we had the beach and all the lounge areas almost for ourselves. The personal were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner menus delicious, but 90% of time without vegetarian options, so this is something that can easily be improved. The hotel could use some renovation, but also without it, one can...

「This was an absolutely lovely hotel with great staff. There was an issue with our beds upon arrival and we were upgraded to a larger suite with no hassle. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms have amazing views. The on-site breakfast was also of high quality. Highly recommended. This was a trip with friends but I will be returning with family as well.」
