「The bed was infested with Bed bugs of all sizes. The shower was not clean, there was all different types of hair on the floor. Not to mention this is in a basement and the host failed to mention when you open the door there is immediate concrete steps and I almost fell down them coming through the door. I had to cancel my booking and find a hotel, which was not easy being so last minute. Awful.」
