“One of the elevators was out, and had been for while, apparently. It was a common sight for there to be a line of people waiting for the one remaining elevator. So we used the stairs 95% of the time, as it was much faster. Also we reserved a room with a sofa bed months ago, yet when we checked in, there wasn’t one of those available nor an upgrade to a larger room. When we booked the place, for 5 nights, breakfast was an extra $500. Seems steep? The room and bathroom were small, and the bedside……

“I’m not really sure where to start.. when we arrived we were greeted and checked in although it was a bit discombobulated. We got to our room and there were gaps around the door that we later discovered also let the rain in through the cracks. There were also what appeared to be burn holes in the bedding. There is zero noise control in the room. We could hear people having conversations down in the parking lot from inside the room with the door closed (we were on the 4th floor). We understand……

“The pregnant lady checked us in and was super helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping came everyday and was friendly. Breakfast bar was all you can eat and there was something for everyone. The best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There is a fee, but it is about the same cost you would pay at the Diner across the street. The hotel breakfast is much better than the Diner. Easy access to the pool and beach. It rained during our stay, but we enjoyed the balcony listening to……

“I booked based on it being new, the rooms were clean and nice but the amenities as far as pool furniture and outdoor seating smelled and was disgusting. The front desk staff always seemed stressed out and very confused and slow. Willing to help they just weren't confident or trained in a lot. Bartenders very very untrained. Breakfast was great and the Starbucks was life saving! Especially since due to bad weather outdoors bars and food bars were closed. Its definitely a family friendly place but……

“On a driving vacation trip to Destin, we decided last minute to stop over in Orange beach. Found the hotel on Google and was so impressed with it. Helpful staff when I booked the wrong day, and found the place to be so beautiful and extremely clean. Loved the decor and atmosphere there!”

“This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good selection (sausage, egg, cereal, waffles) our room was very clean and spacious. The pool was also really nice and warm!”
