Spacious Foley Retreat with Fenced Yard, Pet Friendly

Perfect for family gatherings and fishing trips, this beautifully furnished four bedroom, two bath Foley home comes with access to a nearby river boat launch and ample parking for your boat, trailer, and entire group.

The single story layout is designed for comfort and ease. The primary suite features a king bed, two large walk in closets, a wall mounted smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and dual vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, dresser, double door closet, ceiling fan, and smart TV. The fourth bedroom also has a queen bed and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A second full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

The fully equipped galley kitchen offers all major appliances, small countertop gadgets, and cooking basics, with a dining area for four. The open living area features plush seating, a large smart TV, and high ceilings, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day on the water.

Step outside to a covered porch with dining for six, a BBQ grill, and a fenced backyard. The home also includes a laundry room, pantry, garage, wheelchair accessibility, keyless entry, and exterior cameras for added peace of mind.

Just minutes from beaches, shopping, dining, coffee shops, and a local hospital, this Foley getaway blends convenience, comfort, and location for a memorable stay. Two small dogs under 15 pounds are welcome with a $300 nonrefundable pet deposit.

All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required two days before check in. This deposit will appear as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out unless there is damage to the property.
