“What a beautiful hidden gem! The pool, hot tubs and saunas were amazing to enjoy. And with large towels and robes provided you feel like a VIP. The room was gorgeous, with a beautiful balcony view of the garden. The staff was so amazing and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our short stay. I’m also usually very picky about hotel cleanliness and despite it being an older building - it was beautiful and clean and everything felt new. What a perfect stay”

I liked this hotel, and always chose to stay here when I was in Basel. The room is big enough, the breakfast is various and delicious. There is a bus station and convenient to arrive many places in the city. The only thing I wanted to complain was the aircondition. When I was there this May, the weather was cold, the room was very cold too. The ac didn't work. I called the front desk, they said they aleady open the ac for me and should be workable.
