This property checked all of our "needs will be met box". Beach, Sunrise, Sunset, Dance, Great Food, etc. The list could go on. We had an amazing 6 days in Charleston, SC and Folley Beach VRBO. Hope to one day come back.

The house was wonderful. One block from the crosswalk to the beach and on a dead end street so no street traffic. The view from the top deck was spectacular. Close to bars and dining.

Very pleased with location!

Definitely close to the beach and walking distance from main street with restaurants and shops. Home very clean and the communication with the property management was great. Same level quality furniture, but some different from online photo.

The location is great! Quiet street even on a busy July 4th week and it’s a short walk to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, and there was a grill despite us being told there was no grill. The outdoor shower was great after long days at the beach. Living room does not have typical beach decor (furniture is different than the pictures), but the house is very nice

This property was wonderful! Spacious, grear view from rooftop. Comfy beds. Beautiful surroundings, close to beach. Only issue was during check in. The screen die was locked so we couldn't put in the code. Had to search around and found a lock box with keys to pen die. with keys

Spacious, well appointed, modern appliances, clean, it has what it takes for a great vacation. Loved the top deck at happy hour and sunset. Sitting rooms are a nice touch and very comfortable. Outdoor shower was convenient and a plus. Wish we could have used the elevator (recovering from an accident) but no big deal. Quick walk to a nice beach. Overall? Very nice.

I was so excited when I booked in Dec- but always get nervous likes it’s too good to be true- it’s amazing - the location to beach and the quiet cul de sac neighborhood the beautiful house decorated so nicely and that screened porch!!!!!!!!! This property is very clean and comfortable. I provides a lot of space for folks to gather or to find solitude. The multiple porch locations are really nice, and the short walk to the beach is exceptionally convenient.

Perfect Location and Great Vibes!

Location/neighborhood were super convenient and perfect for what we were looking for. Can go back and forth from beach/center of town easily. Only changes I would make is telling renters that there are a few chairs and there is a grill. That was not on the listing, and would actually benefit owner! The chairs/furniture are also not really comfy throughout the house, but the overall layout is great.
