Magical

My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here. This house is truly unique while also being cozy and functional. Close to everything including great horned owls which delighted us in the evenings. We hope to visit again!

We had a great stay and it made it easier on us with having a wedding on the beach! Great location and lots of space in the house so you don’t feel on top of one another. Appreciate it.

Great stay at the Shell house

It was a great place to stay. Best stocked kitchen of any place we have stayed in the past. Convenient location. Only inconvenience was only one person could take a shower at a time. Water pressure would drop too low for both showers to work simultaneously. We would stay again if we had the chance.

Another Fantastic Stay!!!!

It was another great week at Shell Station. We had stayed the week of Christmas and when looking for a vacation spot for the late summer, there was no question where we would stay. The house is great for families with a lot of activities on site. It's also a quick walk to the beach, the pier, and the eats, drinks and shops. The hosts are extremely welcoming and make you feel at home. It's a definite winner!

Great Family Getaway

We had an amazing long weekend at the Shell Station! House layout perfect for our family of 7. Easy walk to the beach, to Bert’s and shopping/restaurants. Neighborhood nice and quiet which gave us such a relaxing experience. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing Trip

Was an absolutely beautiful house, in the perfect location next to Folly Beach! Local bars near by and the beach was only a 4 minute walk! Make sure to stop by Burt’s while you are there for 24/7 food! Couldn’t have ask for a better experience!

10th Bday getaway

We chose the Shell House for a weekend getaway to celebrate our twin sons’ 10th birthday. They loved the house, the arcade and foosball table were particular hits. All was clean and we were even welcomed with a gift! We enjoyed the sights and tastes of the town, the neighborhood is far enough off the main strip to be quiet, but close enough to walk to everything. We ca on the deck one evening watching stars. It was truly a magical weekend. Steven and Sara were very communicative and responsive. We were provided lots of information prior to our arrival which helped us feel at ease, and able to just enjoy ourselves! Highly recommend this home!

Easter getaway

Came to Charleston / Folly Beach to visit our son who is at CofC. House was comfortable and located perfectly from beach and food, shopping activities. Kids spent hours playing foosball and the family played a mean game of Clue. Simply a great stay.

This house is great and everything it said it would be! Great location and close to everything. Downstairs area was a nice surprise with the foosball table. Will definitely come back again and nice green space for the dog!

Celebrate at Folly Beach!

The Shell Station House was perfect for our vacation. The house layout was great if you wanted some alone time. We celebrated an Anniversary and a birthday all in one week there.
