Perfect for our family

The location of the cottage was great and provided easy access to the beach and Center Street amenities. The cottage itself has lots of space, cozy relaxing spots, and convenient features that made living there easy. Having an outside space with a shower helped a lot, and the walk-in access to the bathroom kept us clean and refreshed all week.

Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again.

Perfect small house and only 4 blocks from a public beach access. Only improvement I would mention is the bed was too soft.

Perfect Location.. just wish the bed was more comfy

Seriously an amazing location. Walking distance to the beach and rode our bikes into the center of town. The bed was so uncomfortable, we bought a mattress topper after 1 night of sleep. Just felt like it was going to save our backs since we were there a week.

Cute cottage

Very cute little place. Quick walk to the beach. Really didn't need to bring a thing, it was all supplied. Did need some upkeep. The door leading out of the bath room had a door handle that was falling off and did not make us feel secure. Very loud tin roof that work us a lot due to the cones and little acorn like hitting. The air conditioner very had a dead roach carcus about 3 inches long laying in it. The inside natural ceiling very cool but need a good dusting. The outside trees a bit overgrown. All scruff that could be taken care of quickly. If so, a great little place.

Don’t stay here so that it’s available when I want too

Fantastic. I’ve been coming to Folly for 40 years. This is one of the few places that embraces the essence of Foot Beach. Classy amd eclectic. Very clean and quiet.

Cute bungalow

Super cute bungalow, close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided, super nice amenity. Very clean and updated well. Not really big enough for 4 adults. The refrigerator is dorm size so you can’t really have a lot of food that needs to be kept cold. There are no dressers so we lived out of suitcases, a bit of a pain. Easily something they can and should add. I would suggest bike or golf cart rentals as the walk to town can take a decent amount of time (and it’s a fun island to explore). Dog park is right down the street! I wish the bungalows backyard was fully fenced, from pictures it looks like it is but it isn’t so when outside our dog had to be leashed and the backyard space is great! Beach towels would be a nice amenity as well.

Great location, just a couple of blocks from beach and a few blocks from town center. Can easily walk anywhere you want to go. AC works REALLY GOOD!!! Enjoyed our stay, will most likely stay here again!

Fun Stay
