Folly Spring Break

The property was super clean and welcoming. The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The whole family really had a great time and found everything just as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family getaway

We had an amazing time with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and the location and access to the beach was perfect! The amenities were everything we needed and then some. I would love to enjoy this exact house on another trip sometime in the future! Many wonderful family memories were made.

Perfect Spring Break

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home for spring break. The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the view, especially the screened porch and deck area. We enjoyed taking daily walks to the Folly pier and restaurants while getting in some exercise. In the evenings, the cozy family room was perfect for watching movies or just relaxing after dinner. This home definitely is one of the best locations on the beach and one of the prettiest! Highly recommend and would come again!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

We had a family Thanksgiving for the books at this beautiful property! The house is the perfect size for a bigger family and the bedrooms are really comfortable and easily sleep six. But it's the view that steals the show both day and night...the star gazing is incredible. Our favorite discovery was the charming island downtown of Folly Beach. There are some real hidden gems of restaurants and bars with great live music. We would highly recommend Jack fo Cups and Chico Feo for fabulous food and entertainment. This property would be fantastic any time of the year!

Catching up

I have recently moved from Chas so rented this house as an easy way to catch up with friends. There were four of us and we each had our own rooms which is nice at this age in life!!! The house was perfect and the service from the managers was excellent. The hurricane Helene hit our first night- the house swayed and i have to say we were a bit afraid but all was well in the end and we ended up with a few niece days on the beach. I would definitely rent this home again

Perfect beach house

Very nice beach house, immediately on the water. Plenty of space for hanging out and cooking, nice furnishings and linens. The downstairs bed is a little on the soft side but that's completely outweighed by the rest of the place. Host was easy to communicate with but we had no issues to get sorted out either. $250 voucher for gear rental was a nice tough. One note - parking in 'downtown' Folly on the weekend is rough and driving back onto the island on the weekend midday is rough so plan your dining out and trips to Harris Teeter accordingly.

Absolutely perfect location on Folly Beach. Ocean right outside the back. Screened porch and open porch in back and open front porch were perfect for relaxing or ocean watching. Large house with plenty of room. Agency was terrific about addressing a situation that was out of their control and compensating us appropriately. The cleaning crew should do a bit better, maybe deeper clean. But we loved the house and its location, even Imelda didn’t ruin our stay. You will enjoy this place for sure.

A great stay!

We’ve stayed at several Folly homes over the past few years and this is our fave! The location is great and the home is well equipped and maintained. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the quick walk to the beach out the back porch. We had no issues and only suggest a larger tv in the master bedroom. We’ll be back! Thank you.

Beautiful home and location

We had a great stay, with gorgeous views of the ocean. Only complaint was receiving text messages from the property management at 11pm and 1AM on three occasions during our stay telling us the someone was reporting noise levels… we were all asleep on all three occasions. Also the neighbors to the right kept throwing their trash into our trash cans and over flowing them, even knocked them over for us to clean up.

Refurbishing education

Difficulty getting to beach but we were entertained and fascinated by the work on refurbishment of the beaches. We would recommend more tvs. One upstairs at least for non sports enthusiasts.
