Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The granite countertop island doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for 4, perfect for casual meals. Enjoy dining with ocean views at the dining table that seats 8.

This property boasts a large rooftop deck and multiple outdoor living areas, perfect for relaxing with family and friends while enjoying the ocean breeze. The heated saltwater pool is a highlight and can be heated upon request. A private boardwalk leads directly from the house to the beach, making beach days easy and convenient.

Heated saltwater pool (can be heated if air temperature is above 65°F).
Beach gear credit of $275 for rentals of 4–14 nights through VayK Gear.

If you are visiting Folly Beach, you can’t lose with this property! The house is so very comfortable. The location and views can’t be beat. The host was exceptionally responsive and easy to talk to. We will definitely try and grab this property for our next Charleston trip.

The house is beautiful and views are to die for. There were a few problems that future visitors should know: 1. The dishwasher bottom tray is broken and must be lifted in and out during each use (huge pain); 2. The dryer screeches while drying so best to dry clothes when no one is in the house; and 3. The shower/tub in the master at the top does not turn off very well so it runs constantly.

Decent stay

Overall we had a good time and the location can’t be beat. Pros: the pool is AWESOME, location is so good and couldn’t be more on the beach, loved the big open floor plan in the main area, bed was comfy, LOVED the ice maker, views can’t be beat. Cons: wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. Rug in kitchen was super dirty and covered in stains, found hair in drawers, etc. No beach towels were provided which is stated in the listing, but I think it would be nice to have those provided since you’re spending a lot of money to rent the house. Dishwasher bottom shelf is nearly impossible to move. The grill was broken, but after we texted a few times back and forth about it, they brought a new one. Overall it was a good stay and we created memories for sure.

Family trip to Folly

Our family enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach. The house had plenty of space for all of us. Loved having the pool!! Cute neighborhood! Only 2 negatives. The kitchen rug was old and very dirty looking, and 2. The patio sliding door lock was broken and the only way to lock it was to put a stick in the track of the door. To me a house this nice and this expensive to rent, these are easy things to fix!!

Really Awesome Despite the Beach Rejuvenations

The house was great and would have been perfect had the beach rejuvenation project not have closed off our access the entire time we were there. The rental agency was awesome and pro-active about it; they paid for golf cart rentals so we could access the beach without driving cars and partially refunded our stay for the inconvenience while blocked from the beach. The house set up was great for our 3 families; outdoor furniture was a bit worn, but that's kind of expected for on the beach. The Keurig had mold in the water, as it hadn't been changed in some time and there was a faucet in the upstairs bath that was broken, but it had double vanities so no big deal. Overall, it was a great house and we loved using the pool since we couldn't directly access the beach. We'd rent again!

Relaxing week

We really loved the property. The downfall for the week was that the homes on either side had major construction going on so there were many workers and hammering and sawing(sawdust ) for the entire week. Obviously this wasn't something you could control but it was unfortunate. The dishwasher needs to be fixed. The bottom rack is broken and makes it incredibly difficult to use.

Beautiful Surprise

I walked in to this home and was pleasantly surprised. I feel as if the pictures did no justice for the view. It was cozy and felt like an extension of our home. I appreciate the ability to enjoy my extended family under one roof. I’d love to visit this property again.

Best vacation rental ever

I’ve stayed in many beach vacation rental homes and this was by far the cleanest and best. The home is beautiful and its access to the beach plus a pool were the best. The kids in the family especially loved the pool. The screened in porch was perfect for meals. I would definitely rent this home again.

Location, pool, beach, ocean. What more could you want?

The house is in a great spot. It's close enough to walk to the island's many restaurants and bars, but far enough to be away from the large public beaches to not feel swarmed. Our stay was quiet and very relaxing. The house is nice. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and the pool is great! the bathroom situation was ideal for a larger group with multiple families, and the kitchen was well appointed. The house does show some wear, as all rentals do over time. But we found nothing unacceptable for the price. The 2nd floor deck furniture could use a refresh and the living room furniture could use an upholstery cleaning, but again, no major issues for the price and we would gladly stay at the property again. The management company was also very responsive to our questions and requests, which I appreciated. The kids LOVED the pool and easy access to the beach. We had a great week here and are looking forward to our next visit to the Charleston area!

This was a great house for extended family get together. Nine adults and a 3 year old child and we never felt crowded. The house is comfortable and a great location on the beach. The property owners responded quickly to resolve an issue with the linens in one bedroom and the heated pool. Our group loved the heated pool in December!
