“Everything was really great except for a smell on our floor only. There were a number of air fresheners around but still I think an issue at least for the section we were staying in. The floor with the breakfast area did not have the problem. ”

“Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations……

“This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out……

“It is at the best location in Barcelona. Lot of tourist spots are walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and cafe and bar. Relative small but consider the location, you still feel worth the price.”

“Was fine; however, the bathroom needs ventilation and a squeegee and drain for the floor as there’s no way to contain the water in the shower and the floor gets totally soaked.”

“No free water in a 5star room. When requested a glass of water in restaurant at checkout, was charged €6.50. Plenty of hotel staff but not too interested in guests. ”

“The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation ”
