“Room is clean but small. Bed and pillows are excellent. It would help to have luggage racks especailly if you have large suitcases. We had to open ours up on the floor. Bath towels are very small. Could also have some shelving in the bathrooms instead of towels on a bench. Sink and shower are very small. Too many air freshners if you are allergic to perfume. Continental breakfast is simple and $12 Euros. Be aware you have to lug your luggage up two flights of very narrow and steep stairs! Can be……

“Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.”

“Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that”

“This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out……

“Master La Rambla was a perfect location for our stay. Within walking distance to a lot of great shops and dining. Also conveniently located close to the metro for connections to sites that were a little further out. We had a premium balcony room which was a wasted upgrade. There is ongoing construction on the Rambla street which made the balcony useless. Thankfully the room was pretty sound proof which kept the sounds of jack hammers at bay. Don’t get a balcony room!”

“Beautiful design, good size rooms and the loveliest bathroom. Such a lovely hotel, very well located and the rooftop pool has a great view. An extra seat in the room would have been a plus, and a well stocked mini bar. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we’d stayed longer!”

“The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation ”
