「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「2 nights wasn’t enough. The room was so clean and quiet. The breakfast juices and cakes were all so yummy. And the hotel location is perfect! I would definitely return to this hotel despite the staircase luggage carrying.」

「Beautiful hotel, right at El Born. The staff was wondering, hotel restaurant was great. Highly recommend it」

「Nettes Personal」

「My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.」

「I don’t think I have ever stayed at a more perfect hotel. It is beautiful, the staff treat you like a favorite relative that has come to visit without being fussy or pretentious! We loved the historical aspect and the location as well.」

「Good location for family」

「Perfect property for exploring Barcelona and also relaxing, clean well maintained apartment.」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...

「Although we enjoyed our stay and its proximity to dining and neighborhoods, we did have some problems with the TV, shower and in-room safe. The room itself was charming and close to a very active square in which the restaurants stayed busy until late, making the evenings full of music and crowd noises. This was not entirely a negative but did remind us that we were in downtown with joyful noises into the night.」

「Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.」

「Very central location great for sightseeing on foot. We would have preferred a bath (in a Classic room) as well as the nice shower. Snd would have preferred a buffet breakfast but the breakfast is plentiful and very good so you will not go hungry.」
