“The room was fine, although there were some loud people upstairs slamming doors all night. The hotel is very beautiful with a wonderful view. However, the food was terrible and the service was also awful for dinner. Breakfast was a different story with lots of choices and wonderful food.”

“El lugar es bonito, bien ubicado, todo queda caminando. El cuarto es pequeño y el colchón un poco duro. No hay donde poner tus cosas en la regadera, estaría bien tener algo pues es muy pequeño. El baño muy bien. Hay refrigerador mini con bebidas con costo, no hay agua gratis. El desayuno bien, completo aunque pocas opciones pero suficiente, sin quejas. Disfrutamos quedarnos ahí. Si volvería y lo recomiendo, el personal muy amable.”

“The suite is very close to the centre. I had a full apartment with a separate bedroom and a working kitchen. Check in is done electronically and a passcode is sent. The process was very easy. If I needed to communicate with the staff, I used WhatsApp. Very useful as they were very helpful, as when I asked about restaurant recommendations. A lovely place to stay for my 3 nights.”

“It's fantastic location for people who is travelling by train bec it's just within 2-3 minutes walking distance to the train station. Very comfy bed. Very quiet and clean room. Big variety and good quality breakfast. All the historic spots, all kinds of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If we would come to Bologna in future and for sure would stay in this hotel again.”

“I feel we booked the wrong place which is our mistake. This had a shared bathroom which at first was given to me as they had female and male bathrooms. But there were 7 men and just me so we left as it felt unsafe for a female to be there. So I don't recommend.”

Per lavoratori non va bene, ero in viaggio di lavoro da settimane con ritmi serrati e non so quante mail ho ricevuto che devo fare il check in online, caricare i miei dati, che devo dire a che ora arrivo e a quanto pare quando arrivo devo anche avvisare i proprietari perché alle 21 di sera mi stavano prendendo a male parole perché secondo loro……

“The room and property were clean, but every time we left the room there was something of an odor upon returning. The cleaning staff also always left the window open when they were done. We eventually realized it was the water after we had to soak up some water from the floor after a shower. We also did not like the restaurant for dinner and went out for dinner while staying there. The location and pool were great and overall it a 3.5 to 4 star for us. Not bad, but we have stayed in better places……

Personale cortese e molto disponibile. Collezione davvero buona e varia sia dolce che salato. Camera pulita con tv e aria condizionata.”
