“Very bad experience.
We stayed in the city for only 24 hours, and the hotel room had a strong fried food smell coming through the ventilation system. When we asked for help, the hotel did not solve the problem and did not offer a room change. We had to sleep with the window open in the cold, and there was even a fly inside the room (we have a photo).
Later, they informed Expedia that they had offered a room change, which is not true.
The staff showed little willingness to help and……
