“Bien située tres ensoleillée l'acces à la mer est un peu difficile mais récompensé par la couleur de l'eau Quelques points negatifs : un seul chauffage pour toute la maison, on a eu du mauvais temps et c'etait un peu juste. Sinon pour l'ete c'est ideal.”

“Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem netten Haus. Wohnfläche ca 55 m2. Das Haus war sehr sauber. DieTerrasse unter den Olivenbäumen ist der absolute Hit. Herrlicher Meerblick mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Vermieter war bei kleineren Problemen sofort zu erreichen und total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Danke nochmals an den Vermieter.”

“Vacanza fantastica, posto strategico perché riesci a raggiungere i vari punti di interesse in poco tempo, comprese le spiagge o sennò senza fare strada puoi solo scendere al mare nella spiaggia di Mancaversa; o nella parte scogliera.Host gentilissimo molto disponibile, Vincenzo ci ha dato delle dritte per quanto riguarda le spiagge.”

“Three generations of our family, with 4 children between 7 and 11 were here for a week. Our initial impression was that the villa and gardens were a spectacular setting but the accommodation areas were a bit basic and not what we expected for the 'luxury' description, as has also been described in other reviews. Be aware that the two outbuildings are the original old farm buildings/trullis. This therefore with young children gave some complications for who would sleep where. Rocco, our host……

“Sehr gut empfangen. Immer hilfsbereit...alle Fragen wurden geklärt und geholfen. Nicht weit vom Meer...2min zu Fuß Für die die Ruhe mögen Muss man schneler duschen und nicht sofort nach einander....Beuler ist elektrisch. Auto ein muss. Außer Saison besonders, ist alles auserhalb.”

“Vincenzo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön und so, wie beschrieben. Gigantischer Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer, den man von der Dachterrasse bewundern kann. 100 Meter bis zum Strand. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.”

“Wir haben im Juli zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir wurden ganz warm und herzlich empfangen, die Gastgeberin hatte uns sogar etwas zu Essen und zu Trinken in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Das Haus war blitzsauber und das Inventar, samt Küchenutensilien, komplett ausreichend für eine entspannte Zeit. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und mit genügend Liegemöbeln ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit Sorgfalt gepflegt. Ich……

“Maria et Tommaso sont très intentionnés. L'appartement est nickel,la vue sur l'adriatique du lever au coucher du soleil est fabuleuse. Petit dejeuner et diner toujours dehors en Mai. Otrante,Gallipolli,leuca etc..accessible par la magique route de la côte . Bref parfait pour decouvrir le Salento en couple. Quand à la poissonnerie Mare vivo,à 500 m,je vous laisse découvrir !!!”

“Nella casa di Giuseppe ci siamo trovati benissimo. È comoda, spaziosa e pulita. Il figlio Rubens ci ha accolto molto gentilmente e si è reso disponibile a eventuali nostre richieste. La casa si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggetta dei Cavalli a pochi metri di distanza e le spiagge più belle della costa ionica salentina”

“Siamo stati davvero entusiasti di trascorrere la nostra vacanza in questa splendida villetta. Non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio! La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è stata la quantità di confort offerti all'interno di questa casa. Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per assicurare il massimo del comfort e della comodità. Inoltre, l'arredamento è davvero di buon gusto, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciali le nostre giornate trascorse in questa villetta è……

“La struttura è molto bella: le camere sono grandi e arredare con gusto, il bagno molto funzionale. Esattamente come in foto. Tutta la struttura, camere comprese é ben tenuta, di recente ristrutturazione. Piscina lagunare con grottino e zone idromassaggio. Pieno di vegetazione ben curata. La ristorazione eccellente. Il personale presente e cortese. Il mare si raggiunge con navetta o auto ed é bellissimo.”
