We had to book a room last min. due to weather conditions & receptionist Naomi was kind & communicative about the check-in deadline (6:00pm or I think there is a fee for check in later than that.) 「雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險」

「Great property in my favourite area of Rome away from the crowds. Apartment was very spacious and had everything you need. All of the check in process needed to be completed ahead of time online different than a hotel which I didn’t know when I booked but the staff sent messages to let you know to complete check in and they were accommodating to timing of arrival. 」
