“Check in was almost impossible as set out in the instructions by the owner.....we eventually had to call upon the concierge to assist us with gaining access to the room ...and ....after reading the rules and regulations for the location left in the room for us to read...it was noted that a 1500 fine for even talking to the concierge was going to be chargedWe were verbally attacked and abused by elderly residents of the building saying renting any rooms in the building was against rules set out……

“The apartment was very good, clean with nice look The only problem was a strange loud noise coming from the walls day and night. Probably from the AC Vine glasses that would be something what increase the value of stay. The rest was really good and comfortable. Easy access to the parking and then to the apartment Check out too early especially do the platinum status guests I recommend ”

“Extremely easy check in and instructions. Great communication. Beautiful place on the river with park walks very close. Great location to get off to Banff or explore the city. The place was spotless. Plenty of coffee pods. Underground parking was great and easy to use. Great stay!!”

“Great little place to stay! My husband and our two daughters stayed here while my daughter competed at the nearby YMCA, which made the location incredibly convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. It was a quiet, cozy spot to relax after a busy day. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again next year”

“Decor was bad. No top sheet on bed. Bathroom door knob broken. Toilet seat cover and floor mats in bathroom appeared dirty. No face cloths. ”

“Very nice room but couldn’t get ahold of anybody, instructions to get in and out of the building were a lot more confusing than they needed to be and there was no blankets for the pullout bed. Other than that was a nice stay ”

“I recently stayed here for a month, lovely little place and excellent location, very close to save on foods, Tim Hortons, etc. Building felt safe and secure, parking space is close to front entrance, laundry in condo very convienent, communication with host was good. Could use some more kitchen supplies and updated furniture and some decor to make it a little more homey but other than that a great experience, would stay there again ”
