“房間清潔很差床單上面有污跡同埋毛髮。退房冇Dropbox。”

“No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.”

“Stayed there for a concert. It was good everything was pretty clean”

“There are some minor damage on the bow plates and cups. the ventilation system was not good, in toilets and the cloth washing area. ”

“The room was quiet, clean, included modern furnishings but was quite small. Its being renovated, there was no construction noise, but the common access points to to the hotel rooms look a bit rough! I'm sure once the reno's are done it will be a big improvement to those spaces. Plenty of car parking and easy to find.”

“The swimming pool and gym room are unavailable under covid 19. it is quite expensive without them. The room is nice but not clean, there is a lot of bugs in the room. Some of the pillows are smelly. By the way, This apartment is close to the showground.”

“ The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is……

“Insgesamt gut, gerade was das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis betrifft. Für das Geld völlig in Ordnung. Sauber, nicht zu groß, die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber auch hier für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ok, Parkplätze sind durch den Pendlerparkplatz direkt nebenan mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Zu Geräuschempfindlich sollte man allerdings nicht sein, es ist doch relativ viel zu hören. Was wirklich nervig war ist die Matratze.……

“We stay for 2 nights and car parking is very big. Staff very nice and very details to guide us how to parking. And the hotel also have shopping place. If go to central, take train very close within free zone area. ”

“整體不錯，算整齊清潔，交通也算方便，酒店後門行5分鐘到FREE TRAM ZONE電車站，附近有超市，但不算近市中心。 ”

“Big room with nice breakfast. Just a little bit far from CBS but you can always have uber from there”

“Good location , close to tram though close to highway as well. Two good size rooms , ample space, complete apartment , secure, large smart TV, welcome drink and budget friendly.”
