“The hotel smelled like fabuloso, as if it’s pure fabuloso. If you stayed in the main area long enough it would cause a headache. The elevator smelled like marijuana and there was drywall crumbs or something all over the floor. The elevator felt like it was going to break. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. Busted outlet covers. Holes in the wall. Dirt on the bathroom walls. The front desk staff were very polite. Picked this property thinking it would be better than red roof… but I……

“Nice room, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and attentive. We did not have breakfast there but it looked good. My only negative comment is that the pool water was very cloudy so I did not use it.”

“Checked in for a night after driving for 8 hours. But ac wasn't working for whatever thermostat settings. Thermostat display was too bright dazzling disturbing to eyes. So I had to keep one light on the whole night. Morning even worse. A dirty shower mat/towel was on the shower floor. I didn't see that in the night since it was behind the shower curtain. The shower handle wont stay in one position. Automatically rotated fully to the left spraying hottest water. I had to hold the handle in one……

“I had booked 3 rooms. They gave me rooms on third floor. When I asked for Elevator, reception told me Elevators are out of order. Didn't change my room to first or second floor. Will not go back to this place ever again. ”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “I'm an entertainer with the band Floyd Live and have stayed at this hotel many times. Staff is always friendly, grounds are always clean and the rooms are always neat, tidy and comfortable. The noon checkout is very accommodating as we are always late night arrivers. ”
