"Everything was perfect. The first person we met was RJ at the bell desk. He made us feel at home and was very helpful. And so was our maid Cel, mahalo nui loa! There is Halekulani bakery down in the corner of the building. Their croissants were unique, make sure you go there for a coffee. We didn't try the restaurant of the hotel because there were so many options around. The pool and hot tub are nice and the pool boy makes us feel very welcome. There is laundry service but you can also do it yourself for $4.50 washer and $4.50 dryer. Detergent at the front desk for $2 or buy your own in convenient store."

"Room was spotless and clean, the sheets were comfortable and soft. Temperature of the room was comfortable, not hot and not too cold-perfect. It was well lit, noise free and overall enjoyable! Excellent location as it was easy to walk to from the bus stop and near an array of activities. New favorite hotel in Waikiki area. Mahalo! "
