"Awesome 10 days at the Hyatt! Staff were pleasant and helpful to get us into our room, nice ocean view high floor. Room was tidy minus the older fact of the property but still maintained very well. Fact the lifts are nightmare cause 40 floors, tons of guests, might take awhile but still awesome amenities on sight and food options. Recommend trying Shor breakfast buffet was excellent and friendly staff. Mahalo and Nga Mihi Nui Hyatt regency team."

"I liked that it was clean, organized, the food was really tasty, there was a variety of food options, and it was within walking distance. There were plenty of activities for kiddos to do. There were three different slides for the pool; however, only one was open, and we went a couple of times to that specific pool. My kids were a little disappointed. Overall, it was a great experience."
