「1) The lack of household items such as toilet rolls and black bags - which we had to buy from the convenient store. This was not great. 2) When you flush the toilet upstairs, water gushed out of the pipe which leaves a very unpleasant smell in the bedroom next to the bathroom/ toilet area. 「The apartment was perfect, it had everything needed plus more. Very clean and beautifully decorated, loved the turtles. The welcome pack was lovely especially the rum cake! Sally was really helpful from the very start. We had an amazing week there, it just wasn’t long enough. Our last night there was perfect with the fireworks and live music along the harbour, the atmosphere was unbelievable. We will definitely be back as there was so much more for us to do that we didn’t have time for. 」

「We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. 「The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer.」
