“The cottage was perfect for my husband and I.we was so surprised, that the voters had everything plus. And right by the river.. Don’t forget your fishing pole. Cottage is fully furnished, grills and stove. We will book again. You well be sorry if you pass this Gem up. Thank you again Ashley and chimney riverside cottages.”

“Bed was comfortable and service was good. Some guests across the way were up late working on a vehicle and other guests were arguing loudly a couple doors down. Fortunately it all stopped by midnight and I was able to drown out the noise in the meantime by keeping the fan on and the TV on low. Other than some rude guests, the room was clean, had everything I needed, and I did get plenty of sleep for field work the following morining.”

“TV did not work, floor was dirty and bed was very uncomfortable. If you need a place thats cheap and just for a night, it'll do, but would avoid unless you have no other options.”

“For the location (Forest City/Spindale) and the price per night, I was blown away. I thought for sure with how cheap it was there would at least be roaches in the rooms? But they were very clean, staff was friendly, and I would be happy to stay again. However, just know going into it that this isn’t the Hilton or some other upscale hotel, it’s affordable, and they do this very well.”

“The person at the front desk was friendly. The facilities were very scary to say the least. The facility is very ran down. Group of people in parking lot having a cook out. Room smelled strongly of years of smoking. Insects in bathroom. This one should not be listed on Hotels.com”

“We stayed here for a wedding downtown and couldn't be more pleased! It was the perfect location for our different events. The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful, every detail was perfect. The ottoman was large enough for our 3rd guest to sleep comfortably. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well! The host was friendly and quick to respond. Couldn't recommend this place more.”
