Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!! “Don't stay here if you have a trailer because the parking lot is big enough for a vehicle only. It has a nice restaurant and bar below the hotel which is very busy. When I check in, I mentioned that I had to park on the street. The clerk told me that the city might tow my vehicle because they had done it to past customers. There are no signs say no parking over night or anything else. I was told to come done later and take up a couple of spots. 11pm and the lot was still full. Tired, I……

“The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member……
