Staff ignored our request for twin rooms and allocated doubles instead, despite acknowledging our request and agreeing in advance we’d have twins. The sink wouldn’t drain. The light from the air conditioning controls was very bright and the room was horrendously stuffy so we slept terribly. The location was good though and very convenient
