"The room was very clean. The pool was warm and very enjoyable. The view from our room was amazing, looking down over Liberty and the mountains. My only complaint was that the bed was too firm for me. Also the breakfast was sort of mediocre."

"The views were absolutely stunning, incredibly relaxing environment, the staff were friendly & the restaurant was delicious. My only complaint was the pillows/bed were uncomfortable. BUT. Everything else the lodge offered completely overshadowed that and we would 100% stay again. Already planning a return trip!"

"This hotel is the least expensive and closest to SML. There are many other places around the lake but none are as inexpensive as the Days Inn Bedford. My room was very clean and comfortable and the outdoor pooI is open during the summer. We stayed Friday and Saturday nites and heard no outside noise at all. This property has Direct TV with a large package of channels that includes movie channels. As of Sept 2026, they are remodeling. Still open though and rates are unbeatable."

"Room was immaculate, clean and well maintained. I loved the refreshing scent that greeted me as I opened the hotel door the very first time and lingered for the entire 2 nights stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is near many different restaurants and mall. The bed was too hard for me but everything else was top notch allowing me to put up with the bed issue. Overall beautiful hotel. I will choose Bella Vista again when in the area."

"It is a great hotel and the place is wonderful to visit. But it still has not recovered fully from the COVID era. One thing I really disliked was that the bath towels were small, very worn and hard like a sandpaper. Likely they never used a softener in washing them. I'd recommend bring your own towels and bath amenities if you are not baggage limited."
