“While researching properties in this area to stay in, the reviews of this one in particular is what caught my attention. We had booked it for a short stay in order to have my son moved in as a student at Liberty. Needless to say the property was everything advertised, new, clean, well laid out and the host was especially accommodating throughout our stay. Would recommend and will more than likely be booking in the future.”

“The apartment is located three stories above a bluff overlooking a coble street with very slow traffic, a park, the excellent James River Heritage Trail, railroad tracks and a view of the river (My favorite spot was on the balcony with the view). A high pedestrian area with a multitude of restaurants to choose from. Parking is free but about a block away”

“This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. “Cute house, very new, immaculate condition, with everything we needed for a weekend stay visiting my daughter in college. 6 of us to stayed 2 nights with plenty of room. The master bedroom just lacked space to put clothing/suitcase etc, since the master closet is locked for the owners items, so all of our items had to sit on the floor. Perhaps a nice shelf like one of the other rooms had would be a nice addition or a suitcase "holder." It is close to the road but the back is private with a nice……

“This townhouse was more than we could have hoped for! The complex was clean and away from the main road so it was very quiet! The inside was warm and inviting from the minute we opened the door. There were snacks, water and the coffee station was stocked with various pods and creamer. The freezer had ice ready to use and filtered water in the frig. “We were in Lynchburg for our son’s wedding. The location of the house was great. It was close to downtown and everything we needed. The house itself was awesome. It was a great sanctuary to come back to. Great place to relax and enjoy the pool. House was roomy and had everything we needed. ”
