Beneree Cottage

Set in the heart of the Central West wine region, Beneree Cottage is the perfect base for your country escape!
Enjoy your morning coffee wandering the olive grove, spend the day exploring nearby wineries, meandering the streets of historical Millthorpe & Carcoar or dining at one of their fine restaurants or cafes such as Tonic, Slow Wine Co, Providores, The Old Mill Cafe or Antica Australis, pubs or the Forest Reefs Tavern. With Orange 26km away you will love the proximity to the region’s produce, providores, bush walks, Mt Canobolas and cultural events.

The spotlessly clean cottage sleeps four and is fully self contained with an equipped kitchen and tidy bathroom. To add to the appeal enjoy your evening relaxing around the fire pit (winter months only).

This property was super cozy. My partner and I booked over the King's birthday weekend, looking for a cozy getaway and this was perfect. The cottage is situated in a Olive tree farm with sheep roaming nearby - they were so cute!! The cottage was warm and heated well, depsite it be -5 degrees and snowing outside! It is a fair way from Orange, about a 25 min drive each way, but the drive is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the trips into Milthorpe which was only a 10 min drive and absolute gorgeous!

Very clean and well appointed. Lots of nice touches like flowers and shampoo and conditioner. Milk in fridge on arrival. Nice quiet location and not far to the local pub that served good food at great value. Overall a very pleasant experience

Loved our family stay at Beneree cottage. It has everything and even more to make you feel comfortable. The olive garden is beautiful and the area is so quiet. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Recommend it if you need to run away from city life and recharge your batteries.

We stayed at the property over the weekend, arriving on the Friday night. The property was clean and tidy. It had a queen bed in one room and 2 singles in the other. It had all the usual bits and pieces. It was in a quiet rural location. On the negative side the property was in a poor mobile phone reception site and did not have a local wifi system. For us, another down side was the absence of board games. We were sitting around on the Friday night and the only entertainment was the TV. Small point I know but it would have been nice to have monopoly, trivial pursuit or similar. Overall, great property, well located to visit Orange or Millthorpe, quiet, tidy and roomy.
