“The room was noisy. The curtains didn't block the windows. The resort common area is great. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. The pool area is great for kids, the hot tub is large. VERY strong chlorine smell. ”

“The updates to the rooms were modern and restful, although they were not that clean. The sheets on our bed had yellow stains that were not from us, the staff did nothing to change them. The food at breakfast was very good, although the waffle maker was not happy and the mix didn't make complete waffles.”

“The whole place needs a deep clean. No elevator, dirty hallways. In our room the carpets were filthy and ragged. I found a sock on the floor by the desk. The little shampoo bottle was used and almost empty. No tv remote, headboard was grubby, cloth chairs were stained and dirty BUT the bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!”

“Staff was helpful when we had to change room to accommodate access after surgery, unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour who left the TV on all night long. Hard to find a quiet hotel.”

“Harpreet was amazing at check in. After a long day of travelling and road closures I booked a hotel for the night. Upon check in Harpreet saw that I had animals and offered water, helped me find parking for my truck and trailer, as well as offered to keep a watchful eye on it overnight on the security cameras. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us at our late night check in! Your hospitality is very much appreciated! ”

“We went to stay in Prince George to visit family with my husband and two young sons. The room was not clean upon arrival. I asked staff about the state of the room and was given a mop to go clean the room myself. On the last night of our stay the room had a leak in the sprinkler. We notified staff and no one came to check on the leak. We changed rooms, the new room electrical was not working. We didnt have a working fridge, tv, or coffee maker. We had to move lamps from the first room to the……
