「The house has everything you need for a large group to have a comfortable stay. The grill had a little trouble, but worked after some tinkering. There’s also a full fifth bed not just the couch.The end of the Russian river float is right across the street which makes it very easy to not worry about parking your getaway car there!」

「Had a very cozy and private time in this property. Everything was as described, hot tub was excellent, kitchen was excellent, chill area couch was excellent. Small house is dramatically nestled into a set of giant redwood trees.A few things that weren't clear from the listing :- There is no management on premises, it is a standalone unit, not an ADU.- The master bedroom/living room/kitchen are heated by the fireplace in the main room, whereas the other bedrooms have their own temperature...
