“Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.”

“The staff was awesome! Accommodating and very pleasant! We had an issue with our tub, it wasn't an easy fix, they got us in a different room right away! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The lobby is very inviting and comfortable. Nice to sit and relax, play cards and have some drinks and kick back. The continental breakfast is yummy. The pool is a medium size nice to play in and the hot tub is nice and relaxing. They do have a sauna but it was out of commission. The location was……

“Twin Oaks Inn was fantastically perfect in every way. We went for our anniversary…our 1st time in Saugatuck. We were greeted by Molly and she was wonderful. Made us feel completely at home. Our room was perfect, and absolutely spotless. She had everything we could have needed in case we forgot something. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and Molly was so pleasant to talk to. I would absolutely stay here again if we make our way back to Saugatuck. Perfect location, everything was……

“This was the perfect little cottage for a weekend getaway to one of my favorite towns. Loved that it was such a short walk to the downtown area to visit all the great shops and get some good food. The cottage was so clean, comfy and welcoming. The kitchen was set up quite well for cooking - everything you’d need was there. I will definitely hope to stay here again!”

The only downside is we could hear the activity and conversation in the neighboring rooms and the live band in the bar next door. It was good music though. But the bar music is to be expected when you are in the heart of all the activity. Overall, great stay!”
