“The host communicated and met all concerns I had presented to him. Excellent communication! Our trip was a pleasure due to our wonderful stay here this past weekend for 3 nites. The home is very clean and efficiently equipped. The game room was a bonus especially with our busy kids. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. We already said we would love to stay there again. I highly recommend this host and home to all for a truly wonderful experience. ”

“We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and……

“Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information. Fortunately we did not have a problem except it was strenuous to carry our luggage to bedroom area. Aside from that, it was a great stay. ”

“House is exactly as listing showed. I was able to bring my family and dogs. Has everything you could need for a home away from home. Host kept in touch with us throughout our stay. We did come down during a very cold and windy time-the house heat kept us nice and warm and host checked in to make sure heat was good and pipes didn’t freeze. We had zero issues with any of that. I would recommend staying here. ”

“Beautiful house. Stacyann really has great taste and she has decorated her house beautifully. She even went above and beyond and had garbage bag and tissue delivered to us. Overall, a great stay.”

“The property boasts an excellent location, with a stunning view from the main bedroom. However, it's important to note that the vacant lot in front has recently been sold, and there are plans in the works for a new house to be built soon (Neighbor told me).While the apartment seems to have undergone renovations after significant damage, the fixes appeared somewhat rushed. The listing photos appeared edited, and upon arrival, I noticed that the sheets in the main bedroom were worn and pilled.……
