“Muy limpio todo, buena posición, recamara cómoda, el servicio puede ser mejor, el desayuno es hasta las 10, llegue a las 9,45 y ya estaban retirando el buffet, que hay que decirlo tiene muchas cosas dulces peró casi nada de salado. También baje a las 11 de la noche por algo al bar, me contestaron que no había sin ofrecerme ninguna alternativa, le pedí entonces una botella de agua y tampoco me dijo que había frígobar el el cuarto. ”

“预定价格278欧,酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧,离店前对此提出疑问,出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱,酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下,还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系,也没有回应。服务态度十分消极,非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service!!!”

“Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Room impeccable, spacious and comfortable. The only thing we didn't quite like was the bathtub design - no shower curtain, therefore - water on the floor. Everything else was perfect, especially location.
