“Great communication before arrival. Saw from previous reviews people complaining about having to go to sister hotel for check in - let them know in advance we would be arriving late and were given instructions how to access property. Apartment nice and spacious with large balcony and a VERY confortable bed. Toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc provided. One row back from sea but had a glimpse of sea from our balcony. Great value for money.”

“Der Kontakt zu Juan war prima, er war sehr fürsorglich und freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral im schönen Arta, man kann alles dort fussläufig erreichen. Einen Parkplatz findet man relativ schnell in der Straße oder den Nebenstraßen.Gerne wieder, vielen Dank Juan!”

“Great location in Port Pollenca a very short walk to beach boardwalk and a huge selection of restaurants. We had a great stay using the apartment as a base to explore from. Hosts were super attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would like to come back for a cycling trip (multiple units available in same building for larger groups) and a longer visit.”
