1. AIXA - Chalet with sea views in Es Barcarés - Alcúdia . Free WiFi

Alcúdia

“This is a very beautiful property located just outside of the town of Alcudia. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town area. The views from the back deck are amazing. We stay just two nights from April 1-3. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly during our stay so the house itself is pretty cold if you are staying during the cooler months. I have no doubt this house would be amazing during the warmer months. The house itself is very clean and modern. The best aspects of this house of……

“Pros: The pool and gardens were so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the house so much felt instant at home. Having the BBQ and the outside dinning areas was such a treat. Cons: Considering the location and we arrived late it would have been lovely if there was some drinking water. And some coffee for the morning. Also lacked a few cleaning supplies no sponge or washing up liquid, washing machine but no detergent.”

17. CAN BOI DEN CIFRE - Chalet with private garden in Pollensa. Free WiFi

Pollença

“Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .”

20. BELL-PUNT - Comfy seafront beach house with private terrace and garden. Free WiFi
