"The room was for my friend. I booked a room for her last year, too The rooms are always clean and in good condition. She says the staff is very helpful. This hotel is only a few minutes walk to my office. It is very convenient to go down the nearby central escalator and walk down into the central district of the city. Also lots of small restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries along the way. Also five minutes from the hotel there are 2 major supermarkets. The hotel price is also good for a good location in Hong Kong. Taxis always available, minibus, and a hotel bus into town."

"I recently stayed at Conrad Hong Kong for 10 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The service was generally excellent, and I particularly appreciated the housekeeping service. My belongings were always arranged very neatly, and the room was kept exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. There were only two minor things that I felt could be improved. First, the Wi-Fi signal was not available in the bathroom, which was a little inconvenient. Second, the shampoo provided by the hotel had a gel-like consistency. As someone with long hair, I found that it left my hair feeling a little sticky and was not particularly suitable for my hair type. I eventually purchased my own shampoo instead. Apart from these two points, I was satisfied with my stay. The room was comfortable, the housekeeping was excellent, and the overall service was very good."
