“我們因會提早抵達住宿地，事先致電給客服確認是否能在3pm check in前先寄放行李，一開始接電話的窗口甚至是在Porto的服務人員，轉接到Lisbon的窗口後對方告知和清潔人員確認後沒問題，可先提供self check in的資訊。建議直接加Lovely Stay的WhatsApp溝通較即時，訊息也會比較完整清楚。
我們此次最喜歡的部分是住宿的陽台，可以直接看到海，而且晾衣服一下子就乾了，晚上坐在外面吹風很舒服。浴室裡有一台洗衣機，衣櫃裡有足夠的衣架和曬衣夾，廚房櫃檯上有附洗衣球，可以在旅行途中洗衣服真的是一件很方便的事！
距離市區和地鐵都有一點遠，但樓下就有公車站可以去很多地方，附近還有古老博物館和一些餐廳，慢遊還滿舒服。”

“We loved our stay at The Lift Apartment. Room was spacious and beautiful. Great location, the hotel staff was wonderful. The cleaning team was very accommodating.
The only thing was the cleaning staff came into our apartment without knocking. Realized we were still inside, dropped off fresh towels in the landing area and left. Mind you it was 11am so people would be out already. We were just having a late start that day. ”

“Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Lisbon!
The hosts were extremely attentive and made our check-in process effortless. They sent a detailed WhatsApp message with clear instructions on how to enter the property and how to get there — which was incredibly helpful, as the apartment is located at the top of a hill. Their tips about the nearby elevators were much appreciated and made arriving with our bags much easier!
We thought the location was incredible — just a stone’s throw from the castle and……

“We enjoyed staying at Francisco' place. The apartment was bright and comfortable. The property manager Antonio was very helpful not only on our check in but also on the day of checkout. We accidently left one backpack in the apartment and Antonio came to the rescue to open the door for us retrieving it. It happened on Sunday in the early morning. We really appreciated his help. Both Francisco and Antonio cared about their customers. We will stay with them again when we visit Lisbon.”
