「Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」
「Hallway was really bad smell 🙁. Elevator is not working every day … We can not open windows b/c about close to neighbors. I think I requested street view … but was street view but wrong side . very dirty in front of the door ..Never comeback to that place .Thank you !!!」
「This place is exactly as it is in the photos. A fantastic finish and money well spent on renovating this property.
And plenty of space.
Communication was great but instructions a bit complicated.
The one thing that would have topped the visit, would have been having a fridge in the room. There is.a communal fridge downstairs, but one in the room would be better.
All in all I would recommend.

「Great location, clean and good size rooms. . Walkable to dining, shopping. There is not 24 staff so be aware of that. Lots of stairs but there is a small elevator to take up luggage.」

「This property is right in the center of the old city and the major attractions -
-theater, cathedral, monastery, 4corners. The room was clean and cozy and had an espresso machine for use by guests. I arrived a day later than my reservation and had some difficulty contacting the manager for an entry code. The area near the property is noisy at all hours. The restaurants near the property are nothing special and a tour guide informed that many of them are franchise restaurants.」
「The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside. 」
