“We are used to backpacking into the wilderness for adult camping but we wanted to camp with the kids and weren't sure they were quite ready for a full week of pack-in pack-out camping, plus we wanted to get out of our own tourist town. This camper was the perfect solution, and Chocolay RV Campground, where it was placed, was centrally located. The campground was quiet, clean, and in an austere and gorgeous pine barrens area just outside of Marquette. I plan on visiting this place MANY times. We……

“We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lakeside cabin! There was lots of land for toddler and dog to explore! The views of the lake were lovely, as was the cabin. Super clean, cozy, and well prepped when a rainy day kept us in.”

“Lots to do here on the property. Bill was great to work with. They gave us their well-stocked home for a wonderfully relaxing week. And very clean! The only possible downer for someone is if you are looking for a beach for kids to play in the sand, there really isn't one (hence the 4-star on listing accuracy). Wasn't an issue for us though. Would definitely recommend this owner and property!”

“The cottage and lake were just as it was pictured! It was beautiful. The only downside was that the weather was not very cooperative. We had two beautiful days and then 3 days of rain. But even with the rain the stay was delightful. The cottage was so cozy and it was so relaxing sitting on the sofa with the fire going. The views from the kitchen and family room are lovely and the beds were comfortable. Our dogs loved swimming in the lake. We couldn't figure out how to work the outdoor shower but……
