“Very nice!”

“I love that it was next to the museum. We could just over there. ”

“We had trouble checking in because the second room was placed under our guest’s name and it caused issues finding the room and checking us in. When I went over to the bar the bartender, Victor, immediately handed me a delicious triple shot drink that you couldn’t even taste the bourbon. We visited the bar several times due to Victor and his amazing knowledge as a mixologist and his charming personality. The service industry needs far more Victors than I can count!”

“Hotel is very clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating. What we loved most is the location. Located in Uptown Columbus, River Walk, restaurants and shops are just steps away. The hotel also has onsite parking for a very reasonable fee. Well stay there again on our next visit to Columbus.”

“The view of the pond is exactly what you are paying for to stay here, it is gorgeous all day and very relaxing. The fishing was fantastic and if you have a blow up raft or own a kayak I highly suggest bringing those along. For the most part the house was clean except under the beds and the couches, it looked like those areas had not been touched in a very long time. There was a layer of dust, crumbs, hair, and clothes left behind under the beds as well as both couches.The front toilet had a leak……

“I did receive a $200 reimbursement after providing the following to the property manager and vacating a day early to another hotel. We booked this location based on the description but became very unsettled as we entered the neighborhood to find bars on windows, overgrown yards with trash, cars, and junk. Fortunately the home was between two houses that were well kept. Here's what I sent to the Property Manager on the day we arrived: We have arrived and have found many issues that were not……

“We were there for my sons AIT graduation at Fort Moore. It was a great location minutes from the base and easy on and off the interstate to get to everything.”

I was in town for my son’s army graduation and the location to the main gate that is open 24/7 was very convenient. I had a limited budget and it was one of the more affordable places I found, without being slummy. ”
