The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, there were very loud construction noise coming from upstairs, which was quite troublesome. We did not file a complain because it happened on the last day of our stay, hours before we were checking out. I wish they would have at least inform us before hand.

這是我和家人第二次入住，總共七晚，飯店內部 裝潢新穎，舒適住宿，早餐飽足，服務人員良善有禮。 唯一缺憾是，人口處X光機門檢警衛部分人員粗魯無禮， 時而把行李留至於X光機中，無視客人在一旁等待， 時而給予錯誤指示，如bag only，而其他袋裝物不要過X光機等， 當外國旅客無法聽懂他的菲式英文時， 則怒眼喝斥客人，而其他警衛，則在一旁訕笑， 這場景彷彿回到落後國家貪污盛行的機場海關！ 若能對此改善，這飯店會是下次的旅菲的選擇之一。
