“best house I've ever been in !!”

“Our host was very responsive with clear and concise instructions. The property was just as the pictures showed. It was clean, quiet, and supplied with everything we needed.We would stay there again.”

“we had plenty to do but the issues were with the toilet which did get fixed, but also the upstairs shower was constantly dripping. I did not tell the girls this, but I did see a mouse skitter across the floor in the kitchen and run under the stove. You need to get on top of that issue. Also, please stock the kitchen with a few more things like foil for instance. I do also think you should maybe invest in some plastic cups if you don't want to add to the glasses or mugs. “Pros: Clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Off street parking. Family friendly. Cons: 6 of us stayed here. First two showers were cold. The rest were fine. Sent messages to the host and also left a voicemail a little before 10:00 pm. No reply until the next morning. Lights didn't work in the basement bathroom. Electrical outlet didn't work in the upstairs bathroom. Some outlets didn't work in the second floor bedroom either.”

“None of the kitchen appliances had any power. There was a large burn mark on the refrigerator. Contacted the host who had us flip breakers and nothing fixed the issue. Host said they would refund us half and this has not been done nor have they had any communication with us since. We spent money on groceries as well as food delivery because we could not cook the food we had. Property has not been maintained, back yard was a mess and trash bins were completely full and overflowing. Very……

“Clean house, good location”

“This was a fantastic spot for our family to stay for the College World Series. Super easy access in and out, we parked at the Crieghton soccer field lot. The house has everything you could want and the extra spots to spread out worksles great for our teenagers. We also took advantage of the easy to use fire table to make s'mores.”

“Excellent stay! The owner was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to extend our stay by an extra day. The home was clean, with bathrooms that looked newly renovated and nice LVP flooring throughout the main floor that appeared new. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the excellent communication and hospitality and would stay here again.”

“The house was just perfect for our stay. We travelled with a baby and everything was extremely comfortable. The host provided us with a baby bed. Also the beds are comfortable. Everything you need is already included in the house. Communication was extremely fast and kind. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend the house. As Europeans, we like walking around the Neighborhood, go to nearby restaurants etc. This is possible, but we would recommend driving as this is more convenient.”

“The house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and supplied with anything you could need. Loved the way was decorated with the animal theme. We were there to go to the zoo and the location was spot on. The host checked on our arrival and to make sure we had anything we would need. Would rent this again if we are out in Omaha again. Thank you”
