“I definitely would not call it “Breath Taking” as the description Title stated. The place is ordinary, no dressers or hangers in closets to store clothing. There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds. “This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again.”
