Bedroom in a large, but cozy house. The bathroom could potentially be shared with 1 other room. The kitchen, laundry room, dining room and living rooms are shared. This house is at the end of a quiet and safe cul-de-sac backed by a green space and exclusive neighborhood. Even though though it is only 4 miles from the I-25 exit it feels like living in the country!

This home was creepy and off-putting, would not stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. When we entered the home, the property owner was sleeping on the couch and seemed confused by our arrival. The bedroom was down in the basement with no lock on the basement door. The room was clean, but there were eerie noises coming from the walls and a constant ringing sound. The TV upstairs was so loud, there was no way that anyone could sleep in that house. The atmosphere was so chilling and anxiety-inducing, we did not end up sleeping here and it was for the best. Stay in a hotel

Perfect for solo, female or traveling nurses
As you pull up, you find it at the end of a cul-de-sac with a feeling of peace and quiet. There as you pull up, you find it at the end of a cul-de-sac with a feeling of peace and quiet. There are two sheriffs on the is a retired sheriff in the neighborhood and a active sheriff at the end of the cul-de-sac. The location is perfect. North of you is Costco east is Post office. Colorado is beautiful. The warmth of your room is controlled by a heater in your room. The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern. The home is beautiful. And Jeff is quick to respond and very accommodating. This is where I will stay when I visit my daughter and new granddaughter until they build their own home. And I still might stay there instead! It has all the amenities of home. I enjoyed it thank you Jeff and Diane.
